Merchants found the old portal confusing and called support for routine tasks like checking payouts and downloading statements.
Our solution
We redesigned the portal around the five most common merchant tasks, with clear dashboards, accessible colour contrast and role-based access, and rebuilt it in Laravel and Vue.
