The challenge
A new delivery startup needed to launch fast in a city where two large apps already operated. They needed a reason for customers and restaurants to switch.
Our solution
Competitor research showed long delivery times and high fees were the biggest complaints, so we positioned the app around speed and transparent pricing. We designed and built the customer app, a restaurant dashboard and a rider app with Flutter and a Laravel API.
We handled App Store and Play Store publishing, store optimisation and a launch campaign with local influencers.
