  • the project details you write in the message.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you send through that channel.

  • to reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or quotes;
  • to deliver and manage projects if you become a client;
  • to protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms from abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored with our web hosting provider and processed by the email service we use to receive enquiries. These providers only handle it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as required for the project and for legal and accounting purposes.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and enquiries are stored on a private server that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights
